Good location and nice people running it, but you might find this place frustrating if you have a young family or go to bed early.
Nearly all apartments face an enclosed courtyard bar/restaurant that is open until after 10pm. The first night we were there (a Tuesday), people - staff, maybe - were drinking and talking loudly until after 4.30 in the morning. We talked to reception about this after our first night, but they said they couldn't do anything about it because the restaurant was owned by someone else.
The room was hot, with no air conditioning, but we couldn't open the window for air until quite late at night because of the noise outside. There was a fan, but it was too loud to use without waking our kids.
The beds weren't very comfortable. The sheets appeared to be undersheets, made of a light, stretchy toweling-like fabric that we both found uncomfortable. The "double" bed was two singles pushed together. That’s fine if done properly, but these were just normal single beds, so there was a 2-3 inch gap in the middle with hard wooden rails only slightly below the level of the mattresses. Thankfully it was too hot to cuddle!
On the plus side, the staff were pleasant and helpful, the price was good, and the location was excellent due to the metro and trams being right on the doorstep. I just don't think it works if you have young children and/or plan to be in bed before 11 at night.
